

Recently appointed Senior Brewer at the De Bortoli Wines craft brewery, William Bull Brewery, Amanda will be taking over the position from Neal Cameron who is moving on to a new brewing venture in Sydney.
Amanda has studied and worked in the industry for over the last 30 years and joins the ever growing William Bull Brewery with an amazing amount of knowledge and skills in her field.
Having worked at Independent Distillers, Rangitoto and Lion Breweries, as well as being a member of the MBAA (Master Brewers Association of the Americas), IBD (Institute of Brewing and Distilling) and the AIFST (Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology), Amanda is a fantastic addition to the De Bortoli Wines Bilbul operations team.
